Come join us at St. Paul Preparatory School

Introduction

To enroll, a student needs to complete the application process, take an English language exam, and return a signed copy of acceptance letter. Following that, the student will be given a username and password to access their courses. Courses will be open beginning the first day of the semester. All students will be placed in core classes and may have the ability to choose additional courses. Students will receive all necessary information, documents, and expectations prior to the start of the semester. This process takes place with the students’ local school.

Students who are currently in poor academic standing may not be eligible to enroll. Required Documents

The documents below are required to enroll in St. Paul Preparatory School. Please submit or transfer information from the following to your local partner school.

Student's Proof of Age

A copy of one of the following documents must be provided for every student to verify age eligibility

  • Official birth certificate
  • Passport
  • Official government provided identity card (ie. driver’s license, green card, permanent resident card)

Prior Academic Records

All students will be asked to submit academic records for placement.

  • For enrollment, students are required to show evidence of successful completion of eighth-grade level coursework or the equivalent.
  • Students are asked to submit their most recent report card. The following items should be included on the report card:
    - Student Name
    - Grade Level
    - School Year (example: 2015-16)
    - School Name
    - Grading Scale (example: 90-100%=A)

Unofficial Transcript

For students currently enrolled in high school or secondary level courses: Submit an unofficial transcript that includes the complete end-of-year grades from the prior school year and any academic documentation (such as a progress report/interim report, class schedule, or marking period/semester report card) issued for the prior school year. Additional documentation may be requested for placement.

The following items should be included on the unofficial transcript:

  • Student Name
  • Grade Level
  • School Year (example: 2015–16)
  • School Name
  • Grading Scale (example: 90–100%=A)
  • Credits Earned

Once you have all of the required documentation, you are ready to proceed with enrollment with your local school. Once enrolled, the student and the student’s local school will be given an official notification letter regard the students’ enrollment and active standing in St. Paul Preparatory School.

  • April 5, 2021 — Enrollment Open for 2021-2022 school year
  • September 3, 2021 — Enrollment Closes for 2021-2022 school year
  • September 6, 2021 — Fall First Semester Classes Begin
  • November 5, 2021 — First Quarter Ends
  • December 13 – January 2, 2022 — Winter Vacation
  • January 24 - 28, 2022 — Final Exams, First Semester Ends; Last day to enroll for spring semester
  • February 7, 2022 — Spring Second Semester Classes Begin
  • April 1, 2022 — Third Quarter Ends
  • April 4 – 8, 2022 — Spring Break; enrollment for 2022-2023 begins
  • June 13 - 17, 2022 — Final Exams, School Year Ends
