Saint Paul American School System recognizes that more and more students may need or want to attend classes online. As a result, SPASS has worked closely with all of its schools to develop an online program that is delivered virtually while still maintaining the quality expected from Saint Paul American Schools. Schools are given the playbook to delivering effective online classes for their students. This includes scheduling, handbooks, professional development, and effective strategies for holding successful online classes.
Online Classes at Saint Paul American Schools occur live with the teacher. Classes include direct instruction and a modular teaching system where teachers choose differentiated learning activities for students. This modular teaching system allows the teacher flexibility while keeping the students engaged in online learning.
In addition, SPASS is currently developing Saint Paul Online Classes. Just like our Saint Paul American Schools around the world , our primary focus is creating engaging lessons delivered by qualified and professional teachers with the supervision and support of SPASS curriculum specialists. With this in place, at the core, our program begins with high quality lessons from teachers who are masters in their field. They will provide the instruction and assessments necessary for students to experience the benefits of an American education. Students then have the opportunity to apply the skills in either an online or offline activity.
